Mango Mint Martini

Mango and mint — bright, cold and uncomplicated. Shaken cold and served clean.

Ingredients

2 oz mango rum

2 oz mango puree

4–5 fresh mint leaves

Ice

Method

Add mint leaves to a shaker and press gently to release their oils. Do not pulverize. Add rum, mango puree and ice. Shake well until fully chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a single mint leaf.
